Coordination simulation: AmeriCorps prepares for disaster

More than 250 AmeriCorps members staged the emergency within the controlled confines of a conference room at Carroll College. Members divided into various roles, some the flood victims having just lost homes or businesses while others took charge of emergency and disaster relief organizations.
