jono@mtcorps.org
Jono McKinney is the Chief Executive Officer and President of MCC. Before MCC Jono was the director of an environmental education program in Alaska, an instructor with NOLS for ten years, and a high school teacher. With this background in experiential learning, Jono’s focus has been to make MCC a premier AmeriCorps national service experience and one of the most fulfilling outdoor learning adventures you’ve ever had. Expect to see Jono swinging a tool along side you on a project or helping you decipher a topo map. Jono lives in Bozeman with his wife, Laurie, and two young children, Bridger and Erin.
Lee Gault - Program Director
lee@mtcorps.org
With a foundation developed at Outward Bound, Lee brings his 25 years experience in adventure programming, youth development, education and counseling to MCC. He holds Masters Degrees in Experience Education and Counseling. Lee has been with the MCC since 1995. But the big news it that Lee is a recent newlywed and father. He is excited about the future and creating quality family experiences with Teresa and Sadie.
Wendy Wigert - Director of Operations
wendy@mtcorps.org
Wendy has worked with MCC since 1995; she grew up in Ohio and lived in Boston where she met her partner in life Sven. The two moved to Bozeman in 1993. They have two children — Svea born in 2000 and Jack in 2002. Wendy now tries to balance her work with the need to spend quality time with the family finding bugs, singing songs, reading books, and playing with Legos. If you can find her with a free moment, she’ll probably have the answer to your question.
Toby Marron - Accounting Technician
toby@mtcorps.org
Toby has lived in Bozeman since the summer of 2003. She moved here primarily to be close to her son who attends MSU and to live in a smaller community. Toby is an avid tennis player and plays competitively in tournaments -- mostly doubles and mixed doubles. Toby thinks everyone should play tennis because "it can be whatever you want it to be."
Doug Posdon - Accountant
doug@mtcorps.org
Doug joined MCC in April 2008. Doug originally hails from Delaware and came to Montana after spending 15 years in Colorado where over the years he was everything from a ski bum to a graduate student, eventually earning his MBA from the University of Denver in 1999. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Doug can be seen skiing, mountain biking or hiking around the mountains of SW Montana on any given day. Currently, Doug his wife Andrea, son Jeremy, and dog Bennett are looking to relocate the family from Big Sky to Bozeman.

A native of Colorado, she graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2002 with a BA in Sociology.
