This week we were in Idaho and what an awesome experience it was. Our first day we helped the Forest Service’s Outfitter with fencing and the rest of the week we rerouted the Timber Creek Trail. The trail had been taken over by the St. Joe River and horsemen needed an alternative trail to get across it safely. In 3 days we cleared a 15 foot corridor, dug a 3 foot tread, and packed the muddy areas with rock for about a quarter mile. The Outfitter that we assisted earlier in the week tested it for us and loved it. The best part about this is that our trail will be put on Idaho’s new maps this coming year.
