We’re accepting entries for the grand prize of the contest; an MCC crazy creek chair. All monthly winners will be automatically entered. Each person may submit one entry per category ONLY. All entries for the grand prize must be submitted by November 15th.

You know the MCC mission; now we’d like you to share your MCC vision. Photographs, videos, and stories that is.

Send us your best that capture the MCC experience - service, crew camaraderie, and conservation – so that we can tell your story. 

Themes: Crews: Action or posed. Get up close. We want to see your sweat, smiles and spirit! 
Close-ups: From the waist up or closer. Make a connection between the viewer and you! 
Project Progression: Before, during, and after series of members completing project work. 
Training/Education/Sponsors/Volunteers: First aid, PLACE, placements, project sponsors, service events, etc. 
Open: Includes scenic photos, but the sky’s the limit. Be creative, make it MCC related. 

In the visual categories, content that feature the faces of uniformed members wearing proper PPE will be favored.

Please be mindful of not wearing sunglasses. Remember, in almost all cases, closer is better. Also, please don’t use any of the photo filter apps your device may provide. 

Entries will be judged on a monthly basis and must be received by the 15th of each month. 
Each entry consists of a single upload: include your name, region, and a summary or caption of the submission (your name, project, etc.).

Photos and videos should be submitted to MCC’s facebook page via the contesting applications (instructions in your email) or emailed to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Judging and Prizes The entries in each category will be judged separately.
Winners of the monthly contest in each category will automatically be entered in the end of the season grand prize contest.
Each month, the first place winner in each category will receive a prize from MCC, be featured on MCC’s website and facebook page.
End of the season grand prize winners in each category receive an additional Grand Prize. 

All submitted photographs have the potential to be used in future MCC electronic and print materials, including, but not limited to, MCC’s website, annual report, recruitment flyers.
