Joy Earls | Missoula, MT
Joy has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Montana. As a resident of Missoula for the past 45+ years, Joy has held the positions of Human Resources Director for the city of Missoula and Partners in Home Care and Executive Director of the Montana Association of Home Health Agencies. Her work in corporate mediation and facilitation spanned several decades. Some of her most interesting experiences were in the gold mines of Colorado and the oil fields of North Dakota.
She is the Broker/Owner of Joy Earls Real Estate in Missoula, MT. Joy and her husband Mark Earls own and operate Earls Construction, Inc. They successfully planned, developed, built, and marketed a development for people 55 and older.
She has served on various boards in leadership roles including the Montana Mediation Association, Montana Association of Registered Land Surveyors, Montana and Missoula Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management, Missoula Community Dispute Resolution Center, and Har Shalom.
Joy Shulman Earls started writing Real Estate articles for the Missoulian while working as a Real Estate Broker in Western Montana. She was also featured in Montana 55. In 2022, she published Real Estate with Joy-- A Broker’s Tales of the Trails that Lead Home. Her son served on an MCC Youth Expedition in high school and won a Presidential Certificate for their work!
