While working at MCC, I have found that seemingly small things can bring my crew so much joy. A patch of blue sky after a rainy day, shade on hot days, warm wool blankets at night, dry clothes and boots, finding unexpected berry bushes, good music on a long drive, birthday cake, screaming in the woods.
