Our past week was spent at East Rosebud trail which is part of the Beaten Path! Whenever my crew tells someone that we're working out in the Beartooth Mountains we get asked if we're working on trails out there so it feels very special to be working on such a notable trail. We all missed Wyatt's presence on the hitch as he was out with what we called 'stomach worms.' Our 7-day workweek was spent with the Forestry trail crew working with our project partner Ally Wood. Our hearts broke a little as we spent the first couple of days cutting down samplings and dead logs clearing a corridor of new trail. But building a new trail is such a rewarding experience, it was amazing to see the work that we had done by the end of hitch.
